I took hydrocodone for 3 weeks in the hospital to stop pain after surgery. I have reduced my intake to about 1/4 of the original dose. How much do I have to scale back to for recovery and for how long??
At that dose I would just stop taking it all together and keep the rest for days where the pain is unbearable.....chances are the withdrawls wouldnt be that bad and you would be able to function.........also chances are if you are asking about stopping that you should prob stop taking the meRAB.
With low of a dose and length of time, not to mention such a low strength pain med, there should be no kind of withdrawal at all. Just stop taking it. If you have some leftover and need to use them on occasion for leftover pain you should be fine, as long as you don't start using them all day everyday.
