HWY404 and 16th bridge widening construction

I just wanted to rant about this construction has been going on for over 6 years.
One small bridge expansion is taking our government 6 years to complete.

And we wonder why our country is quickly becoming 3rd world country.

Everyone who has been involved in this construction should be fired, from ministry to the last contractor.

anything that is build by the government takes 10 times as long and costs 10 times the price
They need to show where your tax dollars go.
