Husky with a possible fish allergy?

I just wanted to know if anyones dealt with this before and if they have any advice. I know he needs the fish oil for his coat but every time he eats his salmon food or anything with a lot of fish/fish oil he throws up and has bathroom problems. the vet just keeps telling me to feed it to him and keep him on schedule because he needs it but he just keeps getting sick and it's becoming a problem and i know it's not the food cause our other dog (rot/malinois mix) doesn't have any issues with it.
 
I think I'd be going to a different vet. There's dog food that is great for the skin and coat that isn't a fish based. California Natural uses Flaxseed oil for that coat. It's a good food and I have seen a big difference from Beneful to California Natural. I'd stop giving him the oil and just find something eles. I dont know what you feed the dogs but I know that a healthy food also makes a big difference with the skin and coat.

You could try switching to fish oil caplets to see if he reacts the same. Perhaps you are giving too much? I agree that if he continues to be sick to get a second opinion.
