Husband has no desire for sex and don't want to have children?

We've been married for 3 years now and I followed him to moved to another country for his job. I'm struggling and frustrated because he has no desire for sex and sometimes we only had 1-2 times sex in one month. I have discussed with him about this but his response is he didn't feel like doing it (to have sex) and there is nothing wrong with me. I'm not happy anymore, I felt like I'm not treated well. I want to have kids with him but he didn't see that as an important in marriage. Even we have sex sometimes, he will not kiss me or do it any foreplay, he will just touch my clitoris to make feel hot and right away on the next action as quick as possible. Now I'm stuck, I could not get a job here and 100% rely on him. I'm in crisis whether I should continue this marriage or not but then again, I'm in a new country - I don't have many friends and no family. I'm still young and I think I have more future without him but with no job and got stucked in overseas, doesn't help much. What should I do?
