In my American history class, we are discussing Pearl Harbor. We are going to have a mock trial to determine whether Admiral Husband E. Kimmel should be held responsible for the events that took place at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. If he is determined innocent, "his 4-star rank will be returned to him". If he is guilty, then "he will remain publicly shamed and justified for his forced removal".
My role in this trial is a prosecution lawyer, so I'm going to need a lot of evidence to prove that he is in fact responsible for the events at Pearl Harbor. Can anyone help me with information I will need and give me some questions I can ask the witnesses as a lawyer to help prove my case?
