Almost a year ago, my 14 year old cousin accused my husband of sexual assault while she was on sleeping medication, ambien, and I was in the other room sleeping. Since then life has turned into a nightmare. I do not know who to believe. This case is still pending and if convicted he could face up to 15 years or he could be deported considering he is not a citizen. During this time I have tried to believe my husband and stuck by him, however, in my heart I always had doubts if he is being honest. This is the worst dilemma to live with. I hear they have found some evidence against him from dna. We separated about two weeks ago due to all the stress this has brought upon us. I do not know how to deal with this situation as it has honestly ruined my life. Does anyone have any advice on how to move on with my life or? I would try counseling, but I can not afford it. We also have 2 children together
