Ok, no I'm not looking for the next million dollar lawsuit or trying to lay any blame.
I had to do a couple different types of "fireman" carries in my first responder class. (we didn't warm up or anything so it's probably a pulled muscle) The next day, there is a shooting pain in my upper back. If I control my posture, I can avoid the pain. But when I move in certain directions, it is very painful. I don't have insurance but I will pay to have it checked out...hopefully nothing serious. But if it is serious, is there a way to cover my ass by filing a report? I do ok for myself but not ok to pay thousands of dollars in medical bills.
