Hey guy's. i currently eat food around 4 to 6 times a day. When I work out I usually work out for about an hour or so burning roughly around 400 or more calories. I just wonder how come before I enter the gym I'm all full and not hungry during around 30 minutes to 45 minute mark I get so hungry and then I eat fruit etc I also use protein powder. Bit Confused. A'm I burning more fat?
