does this mob phone come with a locked provider (australia)? also any issues with this particular phone...
btw im buying it for around $230 australian...138 american? so not looking for too much because of the price...but worth it?
and is the wallpaper customisable? just like any other phone? just load pic onto phone then apply as wallpaper?
