Hummer H2 Wheels and Rims? How To Find What Size I Need?

I have a 2003 Hummer H2. I know nothing about cars but how do i find out what size rims and tires i need? I hate to deal with locals around here they like to scam the crap out of people >.<

Lets say i wanted some nice mud tires with rims what should i look for and how would i find them? eBay?
