Currently working on a Human Resource Management project
The mission is to find a current human resource management issues, and relate it to what one company is currently doing or did in the past. Then discuss about it
Our group decided to use the Seattle fish market company which is famous for its Fish Philosophy.
What we're a bit confused now on is what exactly is considered as HRM issue? Can anyone give us some examples? And Fish philosophy is about having fun and all that. How does it relate to any of these issues?
Would be greatful if anyone experienced in this can start us off with a brief guide.
