I was on birth control pills for half a year and skipped a month because of of prescription issues. I started again one month later on the same prescription and about one week or so into taking the pill again me and my boyfriend were having sex. Everything was fine until I felt an absolutely SHARP pain that felt like it was coming from my cervix. It got so bad that I made him stop. After that i felt my whole pelvis area tighten and cramp up. I even got RADIATING pain and cramping around my whole urogenital area for a good 30 minutes. Needless to say, I had to take a nap to ease the pain and my boyfriend was disappointed 
( I figure the pill was affecting my cervix, but I can't really find a specific explanation. This has never happened to me, AND it only happened that one instance. What do you think??
