I've had these two huge pimples (one behind my neck and one on my back). I've done some research and was told to not pop them, couldn't even if I tried ( it hadn't formed a head to pop). A year later, someone squeezed them and very foul, cheesy, a white then brown substance started squirting out. What is it that I have? How did I get it? How to prevent them from re-occuring? And how do I know if I infected it?
