My back is bugging me. I have huge muscles on my back that are in disproportion to other parts of the body.
I used to do martial arts, capoeira, swimming and a little bit of yoga. I never wanted to be big, just to be able to do more, to punch and kick, to swim, to do acrobatics.
Any exercise I do ends up affecting my back, tiring the muscles, probably making them grow even bigger. So I became wary about exercising and do yoga stretches mostly, and also flips and back flips, because I like acrobatics, but I do it rarely.
Sometimes I feel like I'm caring my back around with me, it's uncomfortable.
I want to be slim and tall, fast, flexible and light. I don't want to be a mini thug!
It's been like this for several years. Please tell me there is a way to make it go away!
