I recently had to start using an old cell phone I had after I lost my current one. I went for a week without using a phone, and I thus, had changed my plan and features so I wouldn't have to pay a lot of money for the time I didn't use the phone. However, once I got a phone to use, I switched all the features back, but by mistake, forgot to edit my Data Plan usage and ended up racking up a huge bill.
So, when I went to check my bill, i got billed for $300!! I just can not pay that amount of money! Is there ANY way at all I can have that lowered? I realize I pretty much just made a retarded mistake, but I was hoping there is something that can be done about that to help me out. Can I at least pay that off in increments, or do I have to pay off the entire amount before the due date? My provider is AT&T
