employees decided he didn't want to do the job that my husband had lined out for him that day. So he walks in and out of the shop and slams the door each time. He then mumbles under his breath..."we will see about that" and tells my husband that he is going to call the owner tonight. My husband is a valued employee of over 10 yrs and is new at management. The owner will not be back for a few days. He had no reason to refuse to do the work and has a history of poor behavior. Any suggestions?
