HTML Where Free online/buy online is the Best to learn HTML?

I am going to start learning how to create websites. I want to eventually be able to create them in FLASH, but first I need to know HTML (I assume Im right here.. )
Is there a package you could buy , training material etc or is a free tutorial online just as good. Please Please help. Mad to CREATE!!! Thanks a million.
