Html webcam page help?

Hi i setup a web page today and tryed to upload my web cam to show on the home page i wrote a html code and inserted it and it comes up with webcam html ok.
put my web cam will not show "buggin me to death"
and i need it running by 11:30 tonight what program do i need to brodcast it (it has to be free) please help me im in london brodcasting the fire works online -and this is what 3 years at uni studding ict gets me lol
so please help
