I'm creating a webpage. But I would like to keep a list of tags that I frequently use. Right now im using Frontpage, but will start to use any web page editor thats free if it has the feature I want.

I know a lot of the tags, but instead of going to the websites, I would like to keep some of the ones I frequently use (especially the anchor tags when referring back to the homepage and stuff.) I can keep a notepad list, but I would like it to be accessible on the screen.
