I've been having a problem some web pages I'm developing, the problem is that, I have a page with 4 frame sets,
1 on the left, which is the navigation bar,
1 on the top which is the heading of the site
1 underneath that which is the heading for the respective page
and 1 which is the content of the page
I need to know how to make it so that, a click of a hyperlink in the navigation bar, opens the heading of the site and the content of the page in their respective frames,
a hyperlink with 2 targets,
I've googled around a lot for solutions but it seems a lot of people are asking the same question, and the answers are all using dreamweaver/front page, I need a HTML.
