Html Script Needed for Project.?

Hi, I own a website and am using the iframe script to load a webpage inside the webpage. I'm trying to create a site so that someone can access youtube from a computer where it is blocked. To do this I want to load youtube in an iframe and have it load off of my server and onto their computer so they can see the site. Does anyone know any html scripts that would allow me to do this? Thanks
