HTML Script...Different link depending on web URL?

I have a website hosted internally and externally to our network at home. (hosted on our servers). On the homepage, are 6 images which link to another page. What I am looking for is a HTML script that will change the link location of each image depending on whether the URL used to browse the homepage contains "192.168" (internal) or is external. Maybe an if else script...
