html page not opening in other browser than google chrome?

actually i made a web page with frontpage as my editor and at that time google chrome was my default browser.it worked well but now when i am trying it to open with internet explorer or any other browser it doesn't open at all,a blank page is shown.i changed the default browser to internet explorer too but still the problem persists. i want to know the reason.why?

maybe your default web browser was save with your html document?
