I am using blogger, and i want to make a page..well heres what i envision:
a web page with a link (preferablly a submit button)
when you click on that it brings up a new page with text.
but a popup pops up so you can't view a certain part of the text, like the middle of the page. you can't close it out either. and how can i make the popup say what i want, and not let the viewer be able to see what's in the middle of the screen? a code would be nice. thank you!

@ garren, i'm bearing with you. tanks for being a help. and jim, i can edit the html and javascript for the blog. i have done other javascript type stuff on it. and did you even look at the example site i gave? it's not a blocked pop-up. pop is just the closest word i have to what it is.
