I asked this a few hours ago, but still can't get it to work.
From what I remember from web design/google search, this should be correct.

Does anybody know why it's not working?
I copied the location from windows explorer instead of the text document. It's got forward slashes and I'm not even looking to host it yet, I just wanted to throw something together for the fun of it before getting serious about it.
So basically, the HTML document and the picture are in the same folder and the last time I made a page, it worked. I'm confused as to why it's not working now.
