HTML Help? PLEASE HELP!~?

This is for Tumblr, and I'm not sure they do or don't just use normal HTML for their customization setting. I want to do that thing where you click on a word (such as 'Purses') but when someone clicks it it takes them the url. I do not know the HTML code for this...HELP PLEASE!~
