Hey guys I need some help with HTML... I need help uploading a picture
Whenever I try to upload a picture it doesnt work
Can someone give me like some steps to how to save and upload a picture.
(Im on windows vista)
 
What do you mean upload pictures? To where? Do you want to create a website that lets users upload pictures? If so, you'll need some programming for that using something like PHP or Python:
