HTML HELP - Changing text countdown...?

Ok heres what I need/would like a code for:

It is a piece of status text i am creating which will say this on a Tuesday:

Training Status
Current status:Â*NORMAL
Normal training hours: Tuesday 7:00-9:00pm

Now on a Wednesday I want it to change to the following for Thursday:

Training Status
Current status: NORMAL
Normal training hours: Thursday 7:00-9:00pm

Then the next day I would like it to say it for Sunday:

Training Status
Current status: NORMAL
Normal training hours: Sunday 10:00-12:00am

It this possible with some sort of code that automatically changes...?
