I'm learning how to do HTML programming and I'm having trouble with the frameset tag. Every time i put the Frameset tag in a message comes up saying "In XHTML 1.0 transitional the tag frameset is not permitted." when i entered it i replaced the body tag with it as i was told too i even copied the exact coding from the book I'm using and it still won't work. Please, Help.
