HTML form saves internally to a file?

Hi, i was wondering if it was possible to make a HTML file containing a text box and save button that saves as a html file (i type html into the text box). It needs to be internal, basically notepad but a html file. Its difficult to describe but needs to be like a html file that can intern save html files...can you help me?
