You need to look into "FormMail". This is the standard server app for doing this (form to email)
This can be on a separate server and just be included in a URL in the form.
Your ISP might offer free FormMail. Your Host (if you have one) might offer free FormMail.
Google for other free (or paid) FormMail options.
