HTML DESIGN IN BLOGGER ?

How we can Set our Own HTML design in Blogger, as I paste my design in blogger it does not any POSTS, So how can i post in it, It does not shows The Post changes
 
in new post there will be one option like html editor.
click ->html editor , and paste html code of your design. after that click compose to see your design..
