hi i have some divs that are set to 100% width with colored backgrounds and/or repeating background images, and a few divs that are fixed at like 900px width
whenever i rescale the size of the browser to make it as skinny as possible, the browser creates scroll bars once it meets with the 900px wide divs. if i then scroll over horizontally, the divs set to 100% get cut off and don't fill up 100% wide of the screen unless i rescale the browser out past the 900px wide divs.
i'm trying to figure out how to keep the 100% width divs from getting cut off no matter if i rescale the browser and scroll over or not.
sorry if it's hard to understand
