HTML codes make my new xbox 360 dashboard?

im trying to make a web site in HTML and i want to try and make the new xbox 360 dashboard as my home page for the site just like the one on the xbox to get to my main pages i would do the same thing on my site you no the same way if anybody gets this thx plz give me the html codes so i can do this

I laughed when I saw this, sorry mate you can't do something like that with HTML.

Not 100% sure but i reckon you could create it in adobe flash, you could replicate it pretty well using flash but it could be hard if you dont know how to use it.
Apart from that I cant think of another way.
I'm sure someone else will know a different way though.
