HTML code to refresh webpage every 5 seconds??(like google.com)?

I am trying to write a simple html code to refresh a webpage, for example. www.google.com
How do you make it refresh every 5 seconds? This is my code, but something is wrong, it will not refresh the website, what is wrong?
