Hey, I need some assistance on building my website. I would like a picture to change every hour on the hour. So it is according to like server time, not from when somone goes on the website. For example, a picture of a city that corresponds with the time of day. So at 6am a picture of LA at 6am will be up. and at 10pm a picture of LA at 10pm would be up, at 10:00 pm. I hope I'm being clear enough... thanks!
