HTML code help.......?

Is there code that I can add to my site that will allow people to submit html code that will then be displayed on my site in "preview form"?
For example: I can make a guestbook where people submit "<font color="#FF0000">Hello</font> and it will display hello in red onto the guestbook when they submit it... anything like that?
