HTML Code for Text Fade In?

HTML Code for two part text fade in???? On the home page I am trying to figure out how to have

*Saving the world, one closet at a time* fade in

then after

*Enter Site* The enter site part will need to have hyperlink example also attached because enter site links to the home page.
