I am making a bulletin for a website, but I have no idea what the code is. I don't want to have it explained to me how to do it, I just need a code ans fast! PLEASE HELP ME!
There isn't really a real message bored html code. You can go with like phpBB or a platform like that. You could even go with a PHPNuke or Nuke Evolution because that comes built-in with the website. You could also have someone custom code you a bulletin board platform, but that gets very pricey.
