HTML /CHM viewer

1) There are some very nice websites which you just want to save and view later. Considering I do all my web surfing on my desktop and save the website as a html file. Is it possible to transfer this html file to my TX , so that I can view it later on my PAlm TX? I just tried to use PAlm Quick Install to shift the file to my PAlm TX but it didnot allow and told that there was no program to read this format in the PALM!

2) I have lot of medical textbooks in chm format. Now how do I take that into my Palm TX? I managed to find one way. First I used the hh -decompile command in the DOS command line after initiating cmd.exe. With hh -decompile I could fragment the chm file to its individual constituent html files. Then I searched for the "index" file i.e. the file which is page number one. This I fed to my iSILOX with a very high link depth ( I kept 3000 as it was a very big book) and then generated a pdb file to be read by iSilo in my PALM.
This is very cumbersome. Does anyone have any other simpler way to view chm files in PALM?

You might be able to put the .html files on a SD card using a card reader (or software that turns the Palm into a "card reader") and open them with Blazer. I have Novarra's nWeb browser, which allows for opening files from a card; its predecessor WebPro also does that. As for .chm files, I don't have any ideas.
