HTML BUTTON HELP NEED URGENT HELP WITH IT PLEASE?

how do i make a button that when i click on it it will open a new page ... im using notepad for now till i buy the domain . But i need to know how can i get the button to open up a new page, for example i need a button to open a "Comments page" another to open "Swimming pool","Industrial" etc. ... im making it using html like i said i tried using a css code and it didn't work any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
