My friend recently bought a HTC wildfire on a plan. Soon after the purchase, he cancelled the plan and went back to prepaid. Recharging $40, he checked his balance nearly everyday to see how close he was to the limit.
But yesterday he got home to find a bill for $2000 AUD. He'd used $2000 on mostly data in the one month. Reading on through the bill, he found that he had gon ethrough $700AUD in one night alone.
So this brings me to my final question: How much data does the HTC wildfire actually use? He didn't use the phone too regularly, only to go on facebook, check the weather and sport scores. When he was at home he logged onto his wireless to cut back on downloads. Is there any reason why he could have used that much data in one month?
