Well yesterday I pulled my phone out of my pocket an the screen kept turning on and off by itself, so I took out my battery and left it for half an hour or so. But when I put it back in a white screen came up with three androids on skateboard down the bottom and says:

Microp- 0622
Touch panel-ATMELC03_16ac
Radio- 3.35.15,31

And then under that it says to select one of the following:
Boot loader
Reboot
Reboot boot loader
Power down
When I click boot loader then recovery a picture of a phone with a red triangle and exclamation mark comes up and I won't let me do anything!!!
I need urgent help because my plan doesn't run out until August and I need a phone for work!!
Please help. Thanks. x
