HTC touch pro question?

my mother has an htc touch pro... she had one and the keyboard shorted out so they sent her another one... with the new one she has to slide to answer her phone now... SHE HATES THE WHOLE PHONE now because of this.... I despise windows mobile(sorry for all of you who like it, its just my personal opinion not a reason to start a fight) anyways.... how do I get this feature off for her. PLEASE. it is just the htc touch pro... not the pro 2
