I have had my HTC TOUCH PRO2 for a couple of months.
I bought it off craigslist and it was already flashed to pocket service (still is)
I am not sure how it happened, but the phone made a strange noise and I noticed it was on airplane mode.
I checked settings and turned off airplane mode and after this the windows mobile icon came up
and seemed to hang in the center of the screen so I soft reset the phone.
the Touch FLO default screens are gone. When I hit the Start Icon at the upper left hand corner I get a pull down menu of items to choose from instead of the Original small ICON listing I had before.
I show a bar at the bottom of the screen with only Contacts and Calander options below.
I turned off the phone, removed the battery and replaced the batter and rebooted again, this time the only thing I see is a blank wallpaper and the Windows Mobile Icon hangs.
I am not sure what happened, if it is the Touch FLO software or if the Phone is having serious problems.
I appreciate any information anyone can provide on the behavior of the phone.
I CANNOT HARD RESET THE PHONE.
It will delete thee setting of the pocket service
and I will not be able to use it.
I know because I did it the last time with thee similar situation.
It constantly does this but I just leave it alone and eventually touchflo comes works again.
