HTC Touch(phone): How do I save a ringtone into the Windows Folder?

New member
I know to change my text message tone i go to
go to Setting/Sound&Notifications
go to notifications tab
select Event= New Text Message
set Play sound... and select ringtone of your choice...
and for Custom ringtones i heard you have to put the ringtone in Windows Folder, but i have NO CLUE how to do that. Somebody help. Thanks.
