HTC Thunderbolt vs Motorola Atrix 4G (vs HTC Pyramid)?

Currently, I think the top two phones are the Motorola Atrix 4G and the HTC Thunderbolt. So, since I was supposed to write an essay describing the best phone, which one is the best? Also, can you do a comparison between both Thunderbolt and Atrix, but also Atrix and Pyramid? Since I am choosing a phone for myself as well.
