I was thinking about getting an android phone for use not as a phone but kind of like an ipod touch. If I got the psp phone I would sell my psp and umds but I wouldn't get it unless it had access to all current downloadable psp games and a front facing camera.
I would get the Thunderbolt (or evo) for an ipod touch thing also, or maybe an upgrade from my droid 2, but not sell my psp (I would probably upgrade if I got a thunderbolt though). I really like the htc sense, front facing camera, and large screen.
