i just got the htc tattoo as an upgrade on my contract 3 weeks ago. its been working perfectly fine, theres no damage to it. but when i turn it on.. i get to the 3rd screen where it says 'htc' with a little tune and then it restarts turning on again and again and it never completes turning on, it just starts from the beginning. what the HELL DO I DO!?
