I have come across a big problem, i can't access the menu in my device.. i can't get access to my phone, it says either create account or sign in I can't access WIFI, there is an option of APN settings, i get network but APN settings can't help Any idea about this ?
 
Pressing menu button should show you a menu to create new APN.

from there u can set APN settings.
 
Nothing can be done except that?

can i access wifi any how?

No, you can not access WIFI at this stage.

can u post a screen shot from your phone ? would be great if its video though.
